Customer Ratings

Brought them a tire that needed mounted and balanced on a new rim. Places like Firestone and Goodyear would probably charge you $50 for this kind of service. Tire Discounters did it for free while I waited, and it only took them 5 minutes.

I want to give Anthony 5 stars!!! Stopped into ask a couple questions about a piece on the front of my Cadillac CTS that got unhooked because of a curb. The first gentleman wasn’t able to help but Anthony walked right out dropped down onto a knee, figured it out and fixed it. No appt, no charge just taking care of a customer. I appreciate it and will be back.

The customer service at this Tire Discounters is exceptional! I have been there several times over the past two years, and I have always been treated with the utmost courtesy and efficiency by every single staff member. Recently, I was amazed that after an AAA guy put on my spare “donut” tire, they made sure it was installed properly and filled it with air so that I could run some errands while they were repairing the hole in my tire. WOW! Thanks for always making me feel so safe and special!
